About Fin

Fin is an AI customer agent for businesses handling customer conversations. It supports customer service, sales, onboarding, and customer success through chat, email, voice, and other channels, and integrates with Intercom Helpdesk and other helpdesks.

Fin is also the name now used by the company previously known as Intercom. The company began in 2011 and is based in San Francisco, with offices and Irish roots among its founders.

Meaning and History of the Fin Logo

The Fin logo pairs the wordmark with a modular symbol formed from four negative spaces enclosed by rounded arcs. In the full website lockup, an affiliation line sits beneath the Fin mark, combining the wording “from salesforce” with a cloud symbol. The lowercase wordmark includes a round dot over the letter i.

The compact symbol provides an option for placements where the full wordmark would take up too much space, while the complete lockup keeps the name and its accompanying line together. For a Fin logo PNG, check that the symbol and lettering remain clear at the size required for the placement.

Fin Color Palette

The Fin lettering and symbol use dark #111 in the website lockup. The Salesforce cloud symbol in the accompanying affiliation line uses blue #00B3FF.
