Palestine National Team is the men’s national football team of Palestine. Governed by the Palestinian Football Association, it competes under FIFA and the Asian Football Confederation (AFC). Its current competition is the Asian Football Confederation (AFC).

The team was not recognized by FIFA until 1998, after the creation of the Palestinian National Authority, and played its first FIFA-recognized match that year against Lebanon. Known as the “Lions of Canaan,” the “Fedayoon,” and “the Knights,” it plays in red and white. Palestine has qualified for the AFC Asian Cup and has yet to reach the FIFA World Cup.
