The available asset set includes a colored logo SVG, a colored icon SVG, and a light logo SVG. Choose the full logo when the brand name needs to remain visible; the icon version is suited to layouts where a compact symbol is more practical. The WeTV SVG is a vector format, making it useful for designs that need resizing while retaining crisp edges. Check contrast against the background before placing a light or colored version.

About WeTV

WeTV is an international video-streaming platform from Tencent Video, offering series, films, variety shows, anime, and other entertainment content. It operates as Tencent Video’s international version, with a strong focus on markets outside China, particularly Southeast Asia. The service offers free viewing as well as VIP packages that provide access to premium content and features.

Launched in 2019, WeTV expanded first through Southeast Asian markets and later became available in additional countries and regions. It is part of Tencent’s broader online-video ecosystem. The service’s website currently lists Image Future Investment (HK) Limited in its copyright notice. Together, these details place WeTV’s role within the international distribution of Tencent Video entertainment, rather than describing it as a standalone production company.

Meaning and History of the WeTV Logo

The logo combines the “WeTV” wordmark with a play-button symbol. The symbol is built from layered, rounded triangular forms in blue, green, and yellow-orange, with a play element at the center. The wordmark is commonly shown in black or white. This pairing makes the mark identifiable as a streaming-service identity while giving the icon and name clear, separate roles in a layout.

The colored logo SVG keeps the emblem and wordmark together, while the colored icon SVG provides the symbol on its own. A light logo SVG is also available for designs that need the light treatment. These files offer practical options for different placements without requiring the full name to accompany every use. The logo’s known description establishes its components and color treatment; it does not attach a specific designer or symbolic story to them.

Evolution of the Logo

The current available asset system comprises a colored logo SVG, a colored icon SVG, and a light logo SVG. These provide full-name, icon-only, and light treatments for use across different design contexts.

WeTV Color Palette

The stated palette consists of blue, green, yellow, orange, white, and black. When using the mark, retain the supplied color relationships and select a version with clear contrast against its background. No specific color codes are included here, so use the provided artwork rather than approximating the palette with guessed values.
