Association de la Jeunesse Auxerroise, commonly known as AJ Auxerre or AJA, is a professional football club based in Auxerre, France, in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region. Founded in 1905, the club currently competes in Ligue 1, the top division of French football, and made its first-division debut during the 1980–81 season.

The club has been associated with the development of several notable French internationals, including Eric Cantona, Laurent Blanc, Stéphane Guivarc'h, Philippe Mexès, Basile Boli, and Djibril Cissé. Guivarc'h, Bernard Diomède, and Lionel Charbonnier represented the club among France’s 1998 FIFA World Cup winners. Guy Roux was the club’s predominant coach from 1961 to 2005, including an uninterrupted tenure from 1964 to 2000.
