Le Havre Athletic Club is a professional football club based in Le Havre, Normandy, France. Its football section was established in 1894 within the wider sports club founded in 1884. The club currently competes in Ligue 1, the first tier of French football, following promotion from Ligue 2 after the 2022–23 season.

The club first appeared in France’s national championship in 1899, placing it among the country’s early football institutions. Its competitive identity is closely linked to Normandy, with a notable regional rivalry against SM Caen known as the Derby Normand.
