Getafe Club de Fútbol S.A.D. is a Spanish professional football club based in Getafe, in the Community of Madrid. It competes in La Liga, the top tier of Spanish football, and has played home matches at Estadio Coliseum since 1998. Founded in 1983, the club reached La Liga for the first time in 2004 and has spent multiple periods in the division since then.

The team is part of the football scene in Spain and has local rivalries with Leganés, Atlético Madrid and Real Madrid. Getafe has also maintained a presence in the top flight since 2017.
